Contact the IndoMale Editorial Team

Use this page to reach the editorial team with questions, corrections, or topic suggestions about natural supplements for men, vitamins and minerals for men, and the energy and endurance formulas we write about. We read every message, and we answer most within a few working days — volume varies.

What to write to us about

Corrections are the most useful messages we get. If a product's Supplement Facts panel has changed, or we described an ingredient incorrectly, tell us and include the product name. We will check and update the page. Topic suggestions are welcome too — if there is a nutrient, format, or comparison you want covered, send it through and we will keep it on the editorial calendar.

Notes on men's vitamin formulas, single-nutrient write-ups, and how we line up popular products for men all help us decide what to research next.

Corrections to a published page

Include the product name and, if you have it, the page address. We re-check the label against the page and update it when the detail no longer matches.

Topic suggestions

Tell us which nutrient, format, or comparison you would like covered — a mineral we have not written about, or a category such as healthy lifestyle products that deserves a closer look.

Questions about our method

Ask how we compare labels, what we look for on a panel, or why a page reads the way it does. The evaluation criteria themselves are published in full.

Visits are by appointment. The office handles editorial work, not product sales, and we do not stock or ship supplements. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00.

What we cannot help with

Medical questions

We cannot give medical advice, diagnose a condition, or recommend a supplement for a specific health issue. Those questions belong with a doctor or pharmacist who can look at your history and any medication you take. We write about ingredients, formats, and how labels are put together — we do not treat men's health support as a personal consultation.

If a page leaves you unsure whether a product fits your situation, that is the point to bring it to a qualified professional rather than to us.

Orders and returns

We also do not handle orders, shipping, or product returns. IndoMale is an editorial site. If you bought a product elsewhere, contact the seller you bought it from — they hold the order record, not us.

Response times

Corrections are usually reviewed within a few working days, because they are specific and easy to check against the source label. General questions may take longer during busy periods, and a message that needs research before it can be answered will sit behind the shorter ones.

If your message is time-sensitive, say so in the subject line and we will prioritize it. A subject that names the product or the page is the single most helpful thing you can put in an email — it routes your note to the right part of the calendar immediately.

How to reach us

One clear message beats five vague ones. Product name, page address, and the correction itself — that is the whole job.

Common questions before you write

Do I need to send the page address with a correction?
It helps more than anything else you can add. We publish across several sections — men's vitamin formulas, energy and endurance formulas, popular products for men, healthy lifestyle products — so a link or a page title saves a search step and gets your note checked sooner.
Can you tell me which supplement to take?
No. We explain what is in a formula, how it is sold, and what a label says, but choosing something for your own situation is a conversation with a doctor or pharmacist. That boundary exists because a webpage cannot see your history or the medication you already take.
Can I visit the office to ask in person?
Visits are by appointment, and the office is set up for editorial work rather than walk-in questions. Email is usually the better first step because it gives us the product name and page in writing before anyone sits down with it.
Will you tell me when a page is updated?
If your message led to the change, we will reply to say so. The revised wording appears on the page itself, so the correction lives where the original claim was made rather than only in an inbox.
Can I suggest a product for you to review?
Yes, and it is a useful kind of note. Send the brand and the formula name, and say what you want compared — the mineral amounts, the serving format, or how it stacks up against what we already cover. We keep a running list for the editorial calendar.
